After six years as a full time artist, I’ve realized that when I present my art, most people only see the final product, the "pretty" image. I feel like people often miss out on what is truly behind it: the hours and hours of research, skill building, brainstorming, experimenting, and having fun! (Because behind every artist is a person with a dream of sharing her passions with the world.)
So, I invite you once a week to my studio to join me while I work. I’ll share the behind-the scenes process and give you a sneak peek at new collections and special events! Whether you’re a fellow artist, an enthusiast, or a collector, you are welcome to bring your questions too. This space is here to make art communal again!
✘ Duration: 2 hours
✘ The Experience: Once a week, I open the doors. No polished gallery vibes: just a working art studio. Watch the research happen, see the exploration and "rabbit holes" in person, and ask questions about the life of an artist and the architecture of a creative practice.
✘ The Protocol: This is a community space. Come as you are.
✘ The Exchange: This session is Free to attend, but registration is required so I can manage the space. If you’d like to support the Lab, "Matcha & Snack" donations are always welcome in person or via the site!
✘ The Result: A deeper understanding of the process behind the pieces in the Vault, and the chance to enjoy a creative moment in my art studio just a few steps from the beach.

This is the heavy stuff. One of a kind original paintings and mixed media works that will never be reproduced. Once a piece leaves the Vault, it's gone.
