No prior experience needed, no perfection expected. Just you, your materials and the process.

I built this space because I know exactly what it feels like to stand in front of a blank canvas and freeze. I know what it feels like to be told, directly or indirectly, that creativity is not for you. I spent years believing that, and I refuse to let that be someone else's story if I can help it.

the Lab is not about producing perfect work. It's about showing up, experiment, making the bad paintings, learning to trust your instincts and discovering what happens when you stop being controlled by fear and start listening to your instincts.
